Ozzy/Ozzfest

Having just dished out mega bucks (for the third time this month) for tickets to see Ozzy and Zombie up close and personal, I reflected on the last time I saw Mr. Osbourne, back at Ozzfest 1997. Being that I was rather young and dumb back then, I wanted to refresh my memory on who I actually saw there.

Turns out, I wasn’t so young and dumb. Not only was 1997 to be my second time to see Ozzy, but it turns out that I attended one of the first Ozzfests.

So, beyond remembering Ozzy, Pantera, and Sabbath, I was reminded of the one hit wonders Powerman 5000, Machine Head, Fear Factory, and Coal Chamber. Ah, memories.
