The first was fantastic production but VERY professional (if that's the right word). The crowd was pretty calm and appreciative (if you call throwing water on stage appreciative) and Manson was theatrical and kind of ... perfect. He could have shot a video. I loved having the opportunity to stand so close to the stage without having to shove my elbow into anyone's neck. Plus Manson gave us lots of love on our side. This time, he was more the whacked out rockstar I was expecting as whirled around stage with various expletives and disrobing. This time I spent half my energy just to stay on my feet (a game I haven't done since I was 21) and had a f I have to say I feel lucky to have seen these two shows in the order I did. Nice review. I would have enjoyed that setlist, although I would have of course preferred Slayer as an opening act.
